At Amaravati, we offer Panchakarma, Ayurveda’s traditional rejuvenation therapy. Our Panchakarma programs are custom designed for each of our guests, to provide a wide range of health benefits. The Ayurveda programs are supervised by world renown, Ayurvedic doctors [Vaidyas] from India. Our aim is to rejuvenate the entire body and mind, providing a foundation for a long and healthy, happy life.

We offer a range of health related programs, such as Transcendental Meditation and yoga instruction. We have an expert team of instructors and therapists, and all our programs are available to the general public as well as our residential guests.
